Step 1: send us an email with subject "reset GA" to help@dsdaq.com
Attach the following three documents, make sure the documents is clear and valid.
- ID front side
- ID back side
- a picture customer holding ID close to face so that we can see your ID and face clearly
Step 2: wait for the supporters' verification and notification
Step 3: after you receive notification from us, you can reset the GA.
